Fee Breakdown

All Deadlines: 11:59 p.m. ET

The call for entries open November 19, 2025. The early discount deadline is January 16, 2026. The regular deadline is February 20, 2026. The final deadline is March 27, 2026. The extended deadline is April 3, 2026. All deadlines are final.

A separate fee is required for submitting the same work in multiple categories.

Payment

• There are no refunds for payment submitted. There are no refunds if your work is not selected.
• Whether you select online or offline payment (offline must be approved in advance), you are committing to pay for your entries in full.
• All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Offline payments must be approved in advance and must reach AIGA within 15 business days of the invoice date (processing fees apply).

Online payment
Online payments are accepted via AMEX, MASTERCARD and VISA. Your credit card information will be encrypted and processed via PayPal Secure Payment Gateway so your privacy is protected. Payment will appear on your credit card statement as AIGA 2128071990 NY. AIGA will not store your payment information for any reason.

Offline payment
CHECKS AND CREDIT CARDS AND WIRE TRANSFERS
All offline payments will be subject to an additional $35.00 USD processing fee. All deadlines are final. Late fees apply.

Entries to be paid offline must be confirmed via email before they can be completed in advance of the published deadline. At Check Out, contact competitions@aiga.org to confirm offline payment and to receive the payment address. All checks must be made payable to AIGA. Note: ALL CHECKS MUST BE IN U.S. DOLLARS DRAWN ON A U.S. BANK.

WIRE TRANSFERS
All wire transfers will be subject to an additional $35.00 USD processing fee. Late fees apply.

Entrants outside the U.S. who are paying offline may arrange for payment via wire transfer before the final deadline. At Check Out, contact competitions@aiga.org for banking account details.
