PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Office developed the visual identity for Magic Donuts & Coffee based on the San Francisco restaurant’s mission of being a place “where you can’t help but smile.”
At the outset, our client Bacchus Management Group provided images of the interiors concept, and we developed a color palette, patterns, packaging, menu boards, uniforms and swag to complement the sprinkles-inspired space.
As a nod to magic, a hand-drawn donut-loving bunny serves as the mascot. But instead of being pulled from a magician’s hat, it’s illustrated in a range of surprising donut-inspired settings.
The custom logotype was inspired by old magic show posters – bold and a bit wonky – and is drawn in the same style as the bunny illustrations.
