PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Environmental crises are already a source of anxiety for many, and the way corporations communicate can add to the overwhelm. So we innovated the way we present sustainability to the world by making it vibrant, exciting, and energetic—inviting people into the conversation as we work to find solutions to the world’s most pressing problems.
We landed on an expression toolkit for different teams across the company that was as nuanced as the products and issues themselves, while easily translated into digital elements and physical assets for activations. "The future is wild” embraces the duality—not just of a “wild” nature, but of wild challenges, ambitions, and out-of-the-box ideas. It centers on both acknowledging reality and empowering imaginative thinking.
The pattern and textural elements are inspired by nature and technology, with a nod to sustainability and innovation. Dimensional ecosystems of algae, forests, coral, insects, and more—interspersed with subtle patterns of zeroes, plus signs, and minus signs—evoke beauty and grandeur. The system of components is layered—almost dreamlike—yet representative of our commitments to be carbon negative, water positive, and zero waste.

Juror Comments
“Enjoyed the tactility and surrealism of the illustration and animations alone. But it really comes to life in its application across data, spatial, and interface. A fresh and optimistic take on sustainability.”
