PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The ad industry is embarrassingly homogeneous. Bailey Lauerman created a scholarship focused on diversity for the University of Nebraska College of Journalism and Mass Communication students. Diverse voices make for more authentic work and this campaign illustrated the importance of that. The scholarship included $5000, an automatic paid internship at the agency, and a seat at the table.
